How do I create an account?
Click here and fill out our wholesale account application.
Please note that we only sell plants wholesale to landscape contractors and garden centers. For this reason, we ask that you include a current website link for your business or other proof of business ownership/association when you create your account. If we cannot verify your business’s existence, we may need to reject your request or contact you for further details.
If you are an individual looking for plants for your backyard, please visit our retail store at 1298 Toronita St. in York, PA or one of our other partner retailers.
How do I place an order?
Log into your Splash Plants account and click the “Order Wholesale” link at the top of our website (https://www.splashplants.com/vip-plant-availability/). There, you’ll find our availability list and online order form.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We are now requiring a minimum order of $400 for shipping and delivery orders. ($100 minimum for in-store pickup in York, PA).
Where/how do you deliver plants?
We are currently shipping plants to the following states: Alabama*, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida*, Georgia*, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
*New for 2024. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Our plants are shipped via one of our reliable freight partners or delivered by a Splash delivery driver, depending on your location and the size of your order. We also accept pickups in York, PA (orders must be placed in advance).
Are your plants potted or bare root?
All of our plants are grown out, potted and ready for your garden center or job site when you receive them.
Waterlilies are sold in gallon hanging baskets, and marginals are sold in gallon or 4- to 5-inch pots. Lotus are sold in 20-inch pots. Marginal and waterlily pots have holes in the bottom. Lotus pots do not.
If you plan to sell your plants in a retail environment, check the “Retail Ready” option at checkout. We will add informative plant tags and decorative gravel (additional charges apply).
We do not sell bare-root plants at this time, with the exception of water hyacinths, water lettuce and anacharis.
How soon can I expect to receive my plants after placing an order?
You can generally expect to receive your plants within two to three weeks of placing your order.
We fulfill shipments in the order we receive them, and we do not ship freight orders on Thursdays and Fridays. Please let us know if you need plants by a certain date, and we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
How Do I Pay My Bill?
We will email you an invoice after shipping your order.
